From initial query via JLL telesales line, the online purchase itself, the delivery communications from Arrow courier through to the treadmill itself was completely seamless. Purchased the T350 and whilst a smaller deck than a gym spec treadmill, it’s every bit as good across the board, great value at £600. After reading the 1 star reviews it seems like I’ve been dealing with a different company, can’t speak highly enough of them. Well done JLL. Top marks for the whole experience.
