Paid for treadmill 25/11/2022 to be delivered 08/12/2022. Never arrived. Excuses -technical difficulty, drivers on strike and then it got lost…….
Complained on the phone. Told to put in writing and gave complaint email address. Did this. Response was very poor and contained information which was not misleading and incorrect. They stated they are dispatching another treadmill. Stated I wanted to take complaint higher and asked for deadlock letter. They cancelled the dispatch in order to not give me the opportunity to raise the complaint and did not process a refund. The necessary steps will now be taken. Avoid the company at all cost and read all reviews across review websites that show how poor the service is and the action customers have had to take. They either don’t get the item or it is stated that some arrive damaged or don’t last long.
