What a terrible company I have had my treadmill just over a year and the motor has seized I sent videos to confirm this and they kept saying it was rust and not in the corrected environment I was in an outdoor shed but has been well maintained so they are no refusing to supply another motor so not buy from these guys as they are rude and try anything to not help you out
