Appalling company.
JLL is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Their service has been appalling from beginning to end.
The spin bike they shipped us was defective. They refused to repair it and told us to return it for a refund. We therefore returned it within 30 days, but they only refunded 80 per cent. Worse, they deducted a further £25 to pay for the courier that repeatedly failed to show up and made us wait in three days.
