Arrived earlier than expected. Delivery man called me as I was not home and was able to agree a place to leave the parcel. 2 small plastic parts were damaged that did not prevent me using the bike. Parts were sent quickly and customer service has been great. Quickly getting back to me on queries I have had. Thank you
