Ordered a Fakro Roof Window on 14 Nov 22 delivery saying 3 - 5 days still no sign have tried ringing and emailing to no joy as of the 1 Dec 22 still no reply to emails asking when we will get delivery phone says they are short staffed very poor customer service.
