Well my go cooker went in the blink I phoned them up because I had extended warranty they sent me a part it still didn't work I waited 4 days for it to come so I phoned again so they told me to send it back waiting on royal mail to pick it up so now I will have to wait till they get it back so that will probably have to wait another week before I get it replaced we are pensioners that's our only cooking facility's which I told them so needless to say won't be ordering anything from jml again
