We purchased 2 NuYou you could not get the tops off to clean called JML told put a rubber glove on will prob come off then well tried that didn’t work my girlfriend purchased one and hers was the same so in my opinion faulty goods/batch went back to Tesco where we purchased couldn’t get a refund on both as I never put my club card through and had not got receipt as if you keep every receipt the goods are faulty so if you buy goods from JML be prepared for them to be rubbish as JML clearly are not happy to help .
