Windows installed 7 weeks ago by friendly efficient fitters. Since then the Regional Manager and Contract Supervisor at the Errol Office in Perthshire, have failed completely to supply a plasterer to finish off the contracted work. They have made no attempt to contact us and all the chasing up has been done by ourselves. The Customer Service is appalling and if you are thinking of using Penicuik Windows to carry out any window replacement we should advise you to think twice about it.
