Job Worth Doing - But Get Someone Else. Job Worth Doing fitted new double glazing for me in February 2014 and at today's date 27 November 2014 I am still waiting on them to replace faulty glass. They have been back to my house on at least four different occasions to replace damaged/marked glass. On the majority of these scheduled return visits, it was the installers that brought the damage to my attention - I am not sure if I would have ever noticed some of the damage until it was pointed out. The last time they came back to replace damaged glass in my kitchen unit was late August 2014 and this was their (including the original new glass that they installed in February) third attempt at getting it right. In October with the sun shining on the glass I noticed marks on the inside of the unit but did not call them till November to advise them of this. Job Worth Doing now say that because I did not contact them within 28 days I must now pay for the replacement window. Today (27 November) I was told "If it's something that we (Job Worth Doing) did wrong, then we would come back and replace or fix". However, when I asked if it was my fault that they fitted faulty glass? they said no but referred me to their 28 day policy. Although now two people within their customer services state that "you paid a lot of money and that's not right, we will get that changed". Job Worth Doing insist that I have to pay. I have asked Job Worth Doing for a copy of their 28 day policy that I signed and at the moment I am waiting on their manager to get back to me. I will continue this review in due course but if anyone out there is considering using "Job Worth Doing" I would reconsider.
