This is the worst insurance experience I have ever had. The John Lewis Car Insurance is all passed out to subcontractors, trying to get through you hang on for hours. The responses are unhelpful in the extreme. With full comprehensive cover we were unable to get complete reimbursement for an accident which was totally the fault of the other vehicle. Never again shall I insure my car with John Lewis. This car insurance is just trading on the John Lewis name.
