Lovely place caravans really clean and tidy.However my nan left some of her trousers in the caravan she contacted to customer service department which said that they could post them to her if she sent all the equipment and payment to do we went on the 1st of June and she still hasn’t got them back! As they can’t be arsed to go to the post office for their customers as this was my childhood holiday park I am disgusted how they have felt with this situation. Lovely place but arrogant attitude.
