Extremely disappointed as the store are not consistent with what they sell. Totally appalled by the customer service when I was informed they have never sold what I had purchased from them on several occasions before and when I reiterated I had they repeated said they haven't sold it, felt I was being called a liar. Since this store has been bought over generally the customer service is poor. On this occasion 3 staff were casually chatting together despite numerous customers waiting which is not good. I will not be shopping in this store again. Bring back the previous owners when the customer service was better and more warmful
