Given 3 stars due to the fact that they have now moved cat food upstairs which is not very good for me when I am carrying 2 boxes at once. I am scared of falling and staff no longer offer help like they did when it was the pet store. I feel this is an accident waiting to happen and is only a matter of time before someone falls down the stairs carrying items. Will not be buying the large sacks of dried cat food anymore as i dont want to fall
