I am disappointed about my visit to your Skegness store today. I only order every 2 months because I work a lot and so I order in bulk. I buy 2 large sacks of dog food and 4 trays costing over £100. I am always allowed to use a discount card even if I don't have one because of always going in. I hadn't got a March code today when I went in and they wouldn't allow me to have a discount. I ended up putting back £118 worth of dog food. As I walked out the store, the woman behind the counter said 'don't mind me, I only work here'. I was absolutely furious and I will not be returning. I have spent thousands of pounds in your store from food to leads and collars to treats and toys, but I won't spending another penny from now on. I suggest you teach your staff, especially the new one that was in there today, some manners and give her customer service training otherwise you will be losing other customers.
