I love my tricycle which I've had for three years trouble free. Recently had grinding noise which turned out to be broken axel. Before I found out the cause I emailed them asking for advice, thus was four weeks ago and as yet had no reply. Took it to local bike repairer who did the job after speaking to jorvik. Disappointed in their lack of response to me.
