Greatest detractor is lack of possibility of personalized encryption key, having to pre-encrypt files before upload increases the storage capacity I use by several times, and makes retreiving my files when needed extremely cumbersome. And makes preparing files a massive undertaking. The storage capacity is good, the download ability of lost files is rather poor when downloading larger collection of files I struggle with timeouts as the app does not list all the files for download that the webpage does. But for those who don't care about security of their files, and just want to not think about storage amounts, it works okay.
