Was a dedicated user and advocate for several years, but after the price continued to increase every year without any significant new features or visible improvements to the interface, I felt compelled to find another solution. In probably three or four yearly feedback surveys I expressed my desire for the ability to playback audio files from with the app/web interface, and this was never implemented. Movie files would play back audio, but audio files couldn't play back audio...as a music producer who relies on cloud storage for my work, sharing previews of mixes, demos, etc. is essential, and not being able to preview audio from a folder was a dealbreaker for me.
