The core of you product, backing stuff up and syncing files to the cloud, works perfectly. It's super fast, it's really easy to access my images from my iPhone or other Macs.
There is some room for improvement however.
1. Your desktop app leaves a bit to be desired. I suggest you hire a service designer and UX/UI designer to fix it.
2. A minor peeve: when browsing my backups from my iPhone, I can only search for files, not folders. Also, I would like to see where the files that I find by searching are in the directory structure.
