DESPITE following your instructions to register i was still unable to receive the 10 % discount offered on your website,I contacted your company by phone and your staff whilst agreeing I was entitled to the discount were unable to advise me how to obtain it.On an order of £170 this represents a loss of £17 to me,hence the bad review
