Arrived 10 minutes early, efficient young lady gave my wife and myself a form to fill in. She showed us the seating area. There were two cubicles so didn't wait long. Around my booking time Iesha invited me to come forwarded. With my shirt sleeve rolled up ready I went in, Iesha took the form, asked a few questions, I didn't feel a thing, and I was on my way, Very good, number five now, all done.
