I ordered beauty product from them via internet. It was low price if compare with other web sites. I received a confirmation of my order, they took my money. After 3 days I received an email from them that they don't have this item on this price, but I can buy it on a full price- 2 times expensive. As I understand, if an item is in stock now (it was Guerlain Meteorites and they still have them on full price) and on the moment of purchase was in stock and I could paid for them and received a confirmation, they must send it for me. But they are refused. So be very careful with their promotions and deals- not fact that you will receive it!
