WoW - Have had servicing contact since 2008 - this time Ducted A/c went into short cycle... Got a repair tech arrive 8 AM next day! Replaced Fan relay - which returned Fam to higher speed. Also found main board was switching out to delay (Failed!) - managed to bypass faulty section. A/C now running as well as ever!!
E bill received for work was very reasonable...
Will need to replace A/c (and likely upgrade 22yo Vulcan Ducted Gas heater also) down the track! Will CERTAINLY get quote for replacement system through JPAir.
