Went into Leeds branch enquiring about spare screws for an Arai Tour X 4.
Dealt with Ben who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to source the parts from their supplier and had them posted to store in days. What’s more, provided them free of charge !
I will get all my kit from J and S in future. A genuine breath of fresh air. What a service , many thanks.
