Full marks to the lovely people at J&S!
One of my heated gloves stopped working during a chilly ride on Sunday. Monday morning, I took them back to J&S in Plymouth. After lunch, I had a phone call to say a new pair was ready to collect. J&S service is fast, friendly and faultless.
