Absolutely outstanding customer service from JS.
I recently used the BOGOF deal on hoodies, stupidly only put 1 in the basket, so rightly only received 1.
Dan at customer services responded to my query almost immediately and despatched the second hoodie, no questions asked.
I've never been disappointed with any of JS clothing, and I highly recommend them.
