I had a great experience with Judes. I bought for my niece the set 1, but she was not able to use them. Judes then kindly offered to replace them with the set 2 with no cost. In addition they helped us through the difficult process of sending packages to and from UK. To be honest I have never had such a good customer experience as with Judes. And now my niece is happily using the set 2 😍
