The diapers are great to prevent rashes and to stop blowouts. They also look really cute. However, the fabric of the inner liners pill and stain easily. The out cover fabric pills a lot, right after the first wash i saw the quality get worse. And the after-sales service is frankly atrocious. Untrained/overworked customer care execs that send you canned responses and copy-paste replies, without really listening to what your feedback is. They seem to care most about making you make a (very expensive) transaction through smart and thoughtful marketing but the promise is not fully met after you've bought their products.
