The juicer arrived very promptly, delivery was hassle-free. I was a little unsure as to the condition of the Matstone juicer I'd ordered, as it was 'Non A1 or Refurbished' - I like a bargain. I needn't have worried, its condition is perfect as far as I can see, and I even received the free book that I understood is not offered on discounted items. I haven't used the juicer much yet, but it's producing excellent juice so far, it is easy to clean, and the build-quality of the Matstone is very high - sturdy and built to last. I am delighted so far with my choice of juicer and retailer - thankyou!
