I was recommended to this juicer when I first got cancer, and have used it daily for 9 years, with only 3 replacements necessary - two of which were my own fault through over-pressing the sieve part! It is a fabulous machine, and telephone enquiries and service have been excellent and very quick to send the replacement parts (and easy to identify on the site). My only thought is that the collecting boxes become very stained with carrot and other vegetables, but it doesn't matter - just doesn't look as nice as when new! ( I have a friend who brings his summer fruits to juice in my juicer too).
