These guys are simply amazing: you couldn't ask for better customer service! Any time I've had problems with my juicer they've been quick to respond and replace any defective parts. They've also given excellent advice on how to use the juicer, what not to do etc. I'm so glad that I got my juicer from them as I know how much of a hassle it can be once you've bought something: sometimes there's no help to speak of. But not with these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough, direct everyone I know to them too. Thank you for all your help!
