I purchased a Matstone juicer just under a year and a half ago from an Irish distributor. I am delighted with this juicer and have been juicing almost every day. Recently I had problems with some of the parts. I contacted the company as it was still under warranty. I was then put in contact with Juice Producer in the U.K. I have to say that they are an excellent company to deal with....very pleasant, helpful and efficient. They replaced the damaged parts and I am now back juicing again. I highly recommend Juice Producer.
