I purchased a Matstone Juicer from Juice Producer, the product is excellent. However, after about a year the grinder attachment split - must have been a weakness in the moulding. I contacted Juice Producer and they immediately sent me a replacement part at no cost. Top marks for customer service, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Juice Producer to all. Well done guys.
