I do have a complaint, however, but it is really for the manufacturer...I have my second matstone juicer. They are great - the machine lasts almost forever with daily juicing!...but I am on my third juicing screen - so I think there is a design fault there! (or I've just been unlucky?) Maybe Juiceproducer could falg that one up?
