Ordered a new tank in the early hours of Friday morning and woke up to a voice message saying it wasn't in stock (despite the website saying it was), but an order was scheduled for Tuesday. Didn't receive a confirmation of delivery till wednesday. All the tank had for protection was the box it was in and a thin layer of plastic, which hopefully shows that I at least got the product right...
