i ordered a bathroom suite and was told it would be delivered in 14 days as part of it was to be ordered from the manufacturer! It was in fact delivered after only 7 days! Jay stayed in touch with me and also sorted out a replacement cistern lid (i dropped it when i opened it) that came in 3 days! Thanks Jay
