the team at J2I have actually exceeded expectations. i screwed up and bought the wrong tap for the sink i had bought. a couple of months had passed between the purchase of the tap and of the sink. within 10 minutes of calling J2I, the right tap was identified and on the way direct from supplier to meet my 24 hour deadline. good guys, great service. wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend to a friend.
