I ordered a toilet seat from you which turned out to be the wrong one... I contacted you and cannot tell you how helpful and accommodating the member of staff was in helping me track down the correct seat which, it transpired, was out of production but there were still a few old stock kicking around. Everything was made easy for me in terms of returning the first toilet seat and the correct one being delivered. It was a very refreshing example of tip-top customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend your company and use you again as required.
