Excellent customer service! I actually ordered two of a specific gin, I emailed them and asked if there was anything they could do. They replied within 10 minutes and refunded the gin I didn’t want straight away. Received regular updates on when your purchase would be there and a nice note in the package when it arrived. Will definitely be ordering with them again!
