I order two pair of shoes 1 black and 1 white, they do run a little small so order a size up. They sent me 2 pair of the same shoes both black. They did respond to my request to send me the correct pair. It took a little while to receive them, but they did not ask for the other black pair to be sent back. So they get a 4star from me. i order other stuff, but have not worn anything yet.
