Most of the time things arrive on time but there was an order back in September 2020 that never showed up. Eventually a credit was issued but no discount or incentive to purchase again in the future was offered for my trouble. A little disappointing considering it took almost two months for a someone to tell me that my order was in fact not coming and a refund would be issued.
