My last order with JGS was placed on Feb. 21/2021!! #32476! As with the first Oder I placed on your website, I have not had any information what’s so ever, on where this order stands! I tried to track my first order that I placed with JGS with “Shop”, as per you online suggestions and found the results, less than negative!! How is that possible, you say?? Well when you never receive any accurate updates on your order status, then it becomes absolutely useless!! Or less than negative! I am still waiting for an email telling me when what the status of my order is!! Is there anyone in your company that cares?? Please let me know, as I doubt I will ever order anything else for your website!! Whenever, I do receive this order, I will also be deleting your web site off my phone!!
