A couple of complaints.
The delivery time on this item was outrageous! I had to contact your customer service a couple of times. I’m not sure that my follow ups initiated any action to get my item finally delivered, but it shouldn’t have to be so.
My second issue; the item ordered came in a substitute colour with no advance notice and no explanation. Not good customer service.
Today, I am trying to follow up on a current WagJag order that has been sitting with CanPar for the last 10 days, not going anywhere. History is repeating itself.
