Prompt delivery. There was no car in my driveway but I was home. Heard the delivery guy by my front door but I don't think he knocked or wrang the doorbell and was in the process of leaving. Have ordered other things before and they are usually as advertised or they will make it right. Returns are easy and with no hassle.
