When I purchased you advised item would be shipped in one week.
After 2 phone calls { neither call returned} and a couple of E-Mails, one finally
returned, I received my item about 2 weeks later. A little better follow up from customer
service would have been nice. I have seen items on your sight that I thought about purchasing
but am a little reluctant to order after my first experience.
