I received my order really quickly but both items I ordered were substituted with other items that were in my opinion of lesser quality. It took over 2 weeks to receive the return label by email. It’s now been over 2 weeks since I returned the items & have not received my refund. Original order received on Feb 5 & as of today (March 14), I have not received my refund.
