Have not as yet received this item 19 days after I ordered and paid for it. The commitment from your company is delivery in seven working days. I was forced to contact customer service and was told it would be delivered the week of April 19. The fact that the commitment was not kept and that I needed to contact to get an idea when it would be delivered is very disappointing.
