The merchandise is excellent. However, trying to track your order is cumbersome and the information provided is not accurate. You need to improve your tracking methods and provide more step by step information in the shipping process. I have had to make inquiries to your support team regarding orders that I have purchased due to lack of information that could have been provided by a simple e-mail.
