Product is awesome, shipping was a different story. Took 3 weeks from the time it was ordered to the time it arrived, and it only arrived after I sent an email to customer support asking where my order was... miraculously showed up the very next day.
Quality of product, 5 stars, quality of customer service, 1 star... average 3 stars.
