Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, arrived on time, however one pair was way too large.
Emailed customer service at the email address outlined on their website, inquiring on how to exchange sizes…….zero reply. Emailed them another 3 times……with zero reply!! Called and left a voicemail for a call-back, nothing but crickets. Very disappointing.
